For over a century, the Fine Arts Building has been home to artists, musicians, writers, dancers, and craftspeople. Now, we’re thrilled to welcome Groundswell Coffee Roasters to our vibrant creative community.

Located on the first floor with views of Michigan Avenue and Grant Park, Groundswell brings delicious, locally roasted coffee to the heart of our historic building. Whether you’re stopping in before a performance at the Studebaker Theater, visiting one of our artists, grabbing a post rehearsal pick-me-up, or cozying up with a new book from Exile in Bookville, we hope you’ll make Groundswell part of your visit.
